Todd M. Richman joined MyPhillyLawyer in September, 2010, with a 17-year background of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Richman, a 1993 graduate of the Widener School of Law, comes to MyPhillyLawyer after handling everything from jury trials and arbitration proceedings in a diverse range of cases from automobile and truck collisions to hazardous premises liability lawsuits, animal attacks, construction site incidents, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, entertainment law and negligence cases.

Before joining MyPhillyLawyer, Richman practiced law with Pollack Steinberg LLP in Bucks County, Pa.

A native and resident of Upper Dublin Township in Montgomery County, Richman has been aggressively and compassionately representing innocent victims who have suffered life altering and catastrophic injuries for almost two decades.

Richman did his undergraduate studies at Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 1989. It was at Widener University School of Law, he said, where he developed his passion for trial advocacy and protecting the rights of seriously injured persons.

He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.

He has been appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County to serve as a judge pro tem. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Compulsory Arbitration program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Away from his legal work, Richman is an avid guitarist and passionate music lover who played professionally in the past with a local rock band, Rayvn. He's a huge Philadelphia Phillies fan, loves yellow Labrador retrievers and volunteers with a local Labrador retriever rescue organization.

A tireless and devoted advocate for seriously injured individuals, Richman always seeks ways to promote improvements to public health, safety and welfare through his innovative and imaginative advocacy on behalf of clients.
