Our client was examined by a physician after complaining of back and neck pain. He was diagnosed with soft tissue injuries. His treatment included physical therapy and chiropractic care.
We argued that the defendant was fully liable for our client's injuries and that his injuries were permanent and prevented him from fully performing the duties of his job as a security officer. The defendant driver argued that the fire engine posed an emergency circumstance and that he was unable to fully stop in time.
