noopener\">\u8111\u762b\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a>&nbsp;\u5c06\u4e0e\u4e13\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f30\u7b97\u7269\u7406\u6cbb\u7597\u3001\u623f\u5c4b\u6539\u9020\u3001\u884c\u52a8\u8f85\u52a9\u8bbe\u5907\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u957f\u671f\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u6cd5\u5b98\u548c\u966a\u5ba1\u56e2\u5728\u88c1\u5b9a\u8d54\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u65f6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u4f9d\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u8ba1\u7b97\u7ed3\u679c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lost-earning-capacity\">\u4e27\u5931\u52b3\u52a8\u80fd\u529b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u6765\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u8ba1\u7b97\u635f\u5931\u7684\u6536\u5165\u80fd\u529b\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8bc4\u4f30\u5b69\u5b50\u82e5\u672a\u53d7\u4f24\u672c\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3002\u8fd9\u9700\u8981\u7efc\u5408\u8003\u91cf\u635f\u4f24\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u6559\u80b2\u80cc\u666f\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u60a8\u6709\u6743\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9884\u671f\u635f\u5931\u7684\u6536\u5165\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u4e88\u4ee5\u8ffd\u507f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7236\u6bcd\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8d54\u507f\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u56e0\u7167\u987e\u5b69\u5b50\u800c\u8bf7\u5047\u505c\u5de5\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u6216\u56e0\u4e00\u65b9\u7236\u6bcd\u5b8c\u5168\u505c\u6b62\u5de5\u4f5c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6536\u5165\u635f\u5931\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8058\u8bf7\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e05\u6670\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u8bf4\u670d\u529b\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5448\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u635f\u5931\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pain-suffering-and-loss-of-lifes-enjoyment\">\u75db\u82e6\u3001\u714e\u71ac\u4e0e\u4e27\u5931\u751f\u6d3b\u4e50\u8da3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e76\u975e\u6240\u6709\u635f\u5931\u90fd\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\u4ef7\u683c\u3002\u5bf9\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u75db\u82e6\u53ca\u4e27\u5931\u751f\u6d3b\u4e50\u8da3\u7684\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u5bf9\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u9020\u6210\u8eab\u5fc3\u4f24\u5bb3\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u75db\u82e6\u96be\u4ee5\u7528\u91d1\u94b1\u8861\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u6cd5\u9662\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u6307\u5bfc\u539f\u5219\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53c2\u8003\u3002\u60a8\u7684&nbsp;<a class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"punitive-damages-when-are-they-considered\">\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\uff1a\u4f55\u65f6\u9002\u7528\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u65e8\u5728\u8865\u507f\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u65f6\u4e5f\u4f1a\u8ffd\u52a0\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u6b64\u7c7b\u8d54\u507f\u4ec5\u5728\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u5b58\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u9c81\u83bd\u6216\u84c4\u610f\u4f24\u5bb3\u884c\u4e3a\u65f6\u624d\u4f1a\u5224\u7ed9\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\u5e76\u4e0d\u5e38\u89c1\u4e14\u5b58\u5728\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5728\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545\u6848\u4ef6\uff08\u5982\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u4e2a\u522b\u533b\u751f\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc7\u8865\u507f\u6027\u8d54\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u768420%\u3002\u5176\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u60e9\u6212\u7279\u522b\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5355\u7eaf\u7684\u8fc7\u5931\u6216\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u6545\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u7684&nbsp;<a class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limitations-on-damages-in-pennsylvania\">\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u9650\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8d54\u507f\u5b58\u5728\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5f53\u7d22\u8d54\u5bf9\u8c61\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u533b\u9662\u6216\u673a\u6784\u65f6\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5dde\u7ea7\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u539f\u544a\u7684\u603b\u8d54\u507f\u989d\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc7$250,000\uff0c\u5355\u6b21\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u603b\u8d54\u507f\u4e0a\u9650\u4e3a$1,000,000\u3002
