class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\uff08RSIs\uff09\u548c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u635f\u4f24\u6e90\u4e8e\u65e5\u590d\u4e00\u65e5\u91cd\u590d\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u80a2\u4f53\u52a8\u4f5c\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u52a8\u4f5c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u7ec6\u5fae\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6572\u51fb\u952e\u76d8\u3001\u642c\u8fd0\u7bb1\u5b50\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u87ba\u4e1d\u5200\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u56fa\u5b9a\u7ad9\u7acb\u3002\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c\u808c\u8089\u3001\u808c\u8171\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u523a\u6fc0\u6216\u635f\u4f24\u3002\u8155\u7ba1\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u3001\u808c\u8171\u708e\u548c\u6ed1\u56ca\u708e\u662f\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\u7c7b\u578b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u635f\u4f24\u8d77\u521d\u53ef\u80fd\u770b\u4f3c\u4e0d\u4e25\u91cd\u3002\u6216\u8bb8\u53ea\u662f\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u540e\u624b\u8155\u9178\u75db\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u80a9\u8180\u50f5\u786c\u3002\u4f46\u82e5\u653e\u4efb\u4e0d\u7ba1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c0f\u75db\u5c0f\u75db\u53ef\u80fd\u6f14\u53d8\u6210\u5927\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53d1\u73b0\u81ea\u5df1\u518d\u4e5f\u65e0\u6cd5\u80dc\u4efb\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e9b\u4eba\u5219\u9700\u8981\u624b\u672f\u6216\u957f\u671f\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u6b63\u56e0\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5173\u6ce8\u65e9\u671f\u9884\u8b66\u4fe1\u53f7\u5e76\u8d81\u75c5\u60c5\u6076\u5316\u524d\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"who-is-most-at-risk-for-workplace-overuse-injuries\">\u54ea\u4e9b\u4eba\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u56e0\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u800c\u53d7\u4f24\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82e5\u4f60\u4ee5\u4e3a\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\u4ec5\u5f71\u54cd\u4f53\u529b\u52b3\u52a8\u8005\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u5927\u9519\u7279\u9519\u4e86\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u590d\u76f8\u540c\u52a8\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u8fd9\u7c7b\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u804c\u5458\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u5458\u5de5\u3001\u62a4\u58eb\u3001\u5361\u8f66\u53f8\u673a\u3001\u4ed3\u5e93\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u4eba\u53ca\u9910\u996e\u670d\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5747\u9762\u4e34\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5728Philadelphia\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5e38\u8981\u6c42\u5458\u5de5\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u8111\u6216\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u65e5\u79ef\u6708\u7d2f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u52a8\u4f5c\u4f1a\u9010\u6e10\u7d2f\u79ef\u6210\u95ee\u9898\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5e74\u957f\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u548c\u957f\u671f\u4ece\u4e8b\u76f8\u540c\u5c97\u4f4d\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u73b0\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u4f46\u5e74\u8f7b\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u4e5f\u5e76\u975e\u514d\u75ab\u3002\u6709\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u6216\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9002\u5f53\u4f11\u606f\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u53d7\u4f24\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u82e5\u4f60\u611f\u89c9\u5de5\u4f5c\u6b63\u5728\u6d88\u8017\u4f60\u7684\u7cbe\u529b\u5e76\u5f15\u53d1\u75bc\u75db\u6216\u9ebb\u6728\uff0c\u660e\u667a\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u662f\u4e0e\u533b\u751f\u6c9f\u901a\u3002&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a>&nbsp;\u8c01\u80fd\u89e3\u91ca\u4f60\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-are-your-rights-under-pennsylvania-workers-compensation-law\">\u6839\u636e\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u6cd5\uff0c\u60a8\u4eab\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u6743\u5229\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u8d2d\u4e70\u5de5\u4f24\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6db5\u76d6\u5de5\u4f5c\u671f\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\u548c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u635f\u4f24\u3002\u82e5\u56e0\u5de5\u4f5c\u804c\u8d23\u5bfc\u81f4\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u9ebb\u6728\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u60a8\u6709\u6743\u7533\u8bf7\u533b\u7597\u62a4\u7406\u548c\u5de5\u8d44\u635f\u5931\u8865\u507f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bfb\u6c42\u5e2e\u52a9\u5e76\u975e\u603b\u662f\u7b80\u5355\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u96c7\u4e3b\u6216\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u58f0\u79f0\u4f60\u7684\u4f24\u52bf\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e0\u5173\uff0c\u6216\u5c06\u5176\u5f52\u548e\u4e8e\u6b63\u5e38\u8001\u5316\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u9700\u8981\u4e13\u4e1a\u5e2e\u52a9\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e5%b7%a5%e4%bc%a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Philadelphia\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a>\u00a0\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ecb\u5165\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u61c2\u5f97\u5982\u4f55\u6536\u96c6\u533b\u7597\u8bc1\u636e\u3001\u8d28\u7591\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u7684\u62d2\u8d54\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u6b63\u5bf9\u5f85\u3002\u60a8\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8ba9\u7e41\u7410\u624b\u7eed\u6216\u5b98\u50da\u4e3b\u4e49\u963b\u788d\u60a8\u83b7\u5f97\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u63f4\u52a9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5c3d\u5feb\u5411\u96c7\u4e3b\u62a5\u544a\u53d7\u4f24\u60c5\u51b5\u4e5f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u901a\u62a5\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f24\u52bf\u8d77\u521d\u8f83\u8f7b\u3002\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6b64\u6b65\u9aa4\u53ef\u80fd\u5371\u53ca\u60a8\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u6743\u76ca\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-can-a-workers-compensation-lawyer-help-with-rsi-claims\">\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u5f8b\u5e08\u5982\u4f55\u534f\u52a9\u5904\u7406\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\u7d22\u8d54\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u8eab\u4f53\u4e0d\u9002\u6216\u62c5\u5fe7\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u5904\u7406\u7d22\u8d54\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u582a\u91cd\u8d1f\u3002\u4e00\u4f4d\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684&nbsp;<a noopener\">\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a>&nbsp;\u4ed6\u4eec\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u5de8\u5927\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u80fd\u4e3a\u60a8\u89e3\u91ca\u60a8\u5e94\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u6743\u76ca\uff0c\u4ece\u533b\u7597\u8d26\u5355\u5230\u5de5\u8d44\u635f\u5931\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u88ab\u62d2\u6216\u5ef6\u8fdf\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u548c\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e3a\u60a8\u4e89\u53d6\u6743\u76ca\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bb8\u591a\u52b3\u52a8\u8005\u5e76\u672a\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u540c\u6837\u7981\u6b62\u96c7\u4e3b\u8fdb\u884c\u62a5\u590d\u3002\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u5f97\u56e0\u4f60\u63d0\u51fa\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u7533\u8bf7\u800c\u89e3\u96c7\u6216\u60e9\u7f5a\u4f60\u3002\u5728\u5eb7\u590d\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c06\u5168\u529b\u4fdd\u969c\u4f60\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u5e2e\u52a9\u6765\u5bfb\u627e\u5408\u9002\u7684\u533b\u751f\u3001\u83b7\u5f97\u51c6\u786e\u8bca\u65ad\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u6cbb\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u5f97\u5230\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u5f8b\u5e08\u4f1a\u4e0e\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4e13\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e13\u5bb6\u4e86\u89e3\u5de5\u4f24\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5e76\u61c2\u5f97\u5982\u4f55\u4e3a\u7d22\u8d54\u8bb0\u5f55\u60a8\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u9762\u4e34\u957f\u671f\u75bc\u75db\u6216\u4f24\u6b8b\uff0c\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u672a\u6765\u9700\u6c42\u7eb3\u5165\u548c\u89e3\u534f\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"steps-to-take-if-you-suspect-a-repetitive-strain-injury\">\u82e5\u6000\u7591\u81ea\u5df1\u60a3\u6709\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u52b3\u635f\uff0c\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u63aa\u65bd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82e5\u60a8\u611f\u5230\u5f02\u5e38\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u523a\u75db\u6216\u65e0\u529b\uff0c\u4e14\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u8bf7\u52ff\u5ffd\u89c6\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u544a\u77e5\u4f60\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b<\/strong>. \u8bf7\u7acb\u5373\u62a5\u544a\u60a8\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u95ee\u9898\u4e0d\u5927\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5c31\u533b<\/strong>. \u8bf7\u54a8\u8be2\u5177\u6709\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u4f24\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u533b\u751f\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u516c\u53f8\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4efd\u5728\u6700\u521d90\u5929\u5185\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u673a\u6784\u540d\u5355\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e00\u5207<\/strong>.
