class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0e\u4e00\u822c\u4e8b\u6545\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u4e8b\u6545\u8fd8\u6d89\u53ca\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u5f52\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u6709\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u4e13\u4e1a\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f88\u96be\u786e\u5b9a\u8c01\u5e94\u4e3a\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5730\u9003\u907f\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f88\u5feb\u5c31\u4f1a\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u573a\u5669\u68a6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u4eb2\u4eba\u5728 Philadelphia \u5730\u533a\u4e0e\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u53d7\u4f24\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u5de8\u989d\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u8be5\u5730\u533a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/\">MyPhillyLawyer\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u8f66\u8f86\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a> \u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5904\u7406\u6b64\u7c7b\u6848\u4ef6\u65b9\u9762\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u968f\u65f6\u51c6\u5907\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u5546\u7528\u8f66\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u5305\u62ec\u7275\u5f15\u8f66\u3001\u9001\u8d27\u5361\u8f66\u3001\u5783\u573e\u8f66\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u8f66\u8f86\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u91cd\u578b\u5361\u8f66\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f01\u4e1a\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u7528\u4e8e\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\uff0c\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u4ec5\u5360\u9053\u8def\u4ea4\u901a\u603b\u91cf\u7684 5%\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\uff0c\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u5374\u5360\u4e86 12%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u9020\u6210\u8fd9\u79cd\u5dee\u5f02\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f86\u91cd\u91cf\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u673a\u52a8\u6027\u8f83\u5dee\u3002\u4e00\u8f86\u6ee1\u8f7d\u7684\u5341\u516b\u8f6e\u5361\u8f66\u53ef\u91cd\u8fbe 80,000 \u78c5\u3002\u5f53\u4e00\u8f86\u8f7b\u5f97\u591a\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u4e0e\u4e00\u8f86\u5982\u6b64\u5927\u7684\u5361\u8f66\u76f8\u649e\u65f6\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u5c06\u662f\u707e\u96be\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5546\u4e1a\u4e8b\u6545\u7edf\u8ba1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c2019 \u5e74\u6709 4119 \u4eba\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u5927\u578b\u5361\u8f66\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u4e27\u751f\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4eba\u5458\u4e2d\uff0c16%\u4e3a\u5361\u8f66\u4e58\u5458\uff0c67%\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6\u4e58\u7528\u8f66\u4e58\u5458\uff0c15%\u4e3a\u884c\u4eba\u3001\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8005\u6216\u9a91\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u8005\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u81ea 1975 \u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u6709\u5b98\u65b9\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u76f4\u5230 2009 \u5e74\u8fbe\u5230\u6700\u4f4e\u70b9\u3002\u6b64\u540e\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u5728\u7a33\u6b65\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ec5\u5728\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\uff0c2019 \u5e74\u5c31\u6709 8125 \u8f86\u91cd\u578b\u5361\u8f66\u548c\u5546\u7528\u5df4\u58eb\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u5bfc\u81f4\u81f3\u5c11 128 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5546\u4e1a\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u635f\u5931<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
