9 \u6708\uff0c\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u5723\u5e03\u9c81\u8bfa\u7684\u4e00\u6761 30 \u82f1\u5bf8\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u7ba1\u9053\u5728\u9644\u8fd1\u53d1\u751f\u7206\u70b8\uff0c\u706b\u7403\u8086\u8650\u6574\u4e2a\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u9020\u6210 8 (DOT) \u7ba1\u9053\u548c\u5371\u9669\u6750\u6599\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (PHMSA) \u76d1\u7ba1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709 <a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/PipelineBasics.htm?nocache=5345\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u4e24\u767e\u591a\u4e07\u82f1\u91cc<\/a> \u6839\u636e PHMSA \u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5168\u7f8e\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u603b\u957f\u5ea6\u7ea6\u4e3a 1.5 \u516c\u91cc\u3002\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u7ba1\u9053 <a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/NaturalGasPipelineSystems.htm?nocache=8160\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5927\u5c0f\u4e0d\u4e00<\/a> \u6839\u636e\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b \"\u9668\u77f3 \"\u7684\u76f4\u5f84\u4ece 2 \u82f1\u5bf8\u5230 42 \u82f1\u5bf8\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u80af\u5b9a\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece 1991 \u5e74\u5230 2010 \u5e74\u7684 20 \u5e74\u95f4\uff0c\u5171\u6709 <a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/reports\/safety\/SigPSI.html?nocache=2454#_ngdistrib\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5168\u56fd\u6709 1,591 \u8d77\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u7ba1\u9053\u4e8b\u6545\u88ab\u5217\u4e3a \"\u91cd\u5927 \"\u4e8b\u6545<\/a> \u6839\u636e PHMSA \u4fdd\u5b58\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u5171\u5904\u7406\u4e86 5 \u8d77\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u6cc4\u6f0f\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u6d89\u53ca\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u8f93\u9001\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u5171\u9020\u6210 292 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c1164 \u4eba\u53d7\u4f24\uff0c\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u8d85\u8fc7 10 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a <a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/reports\/safety\/SigPSI.html?nocache=2454#_ngtranson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">861 \u8d77\u6d89\u53ca\u8f93\u6c14\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u6545<\/a>\u6839\u636e PHMSA \u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\u6bb5\u5185\uff0c\u4ece\u70bc\u6cb9\u5382\u5411\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u8f93\u9001\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u591a\u8d77\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u5171\u9020\u6210 43 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c219 \u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u4e1a\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u6d88\u9632\u5458\u6b63\u5728\u9644\u8fd1\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5c45\u6c11\u79bb\u5f00\u4f4f\u6240\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u627e\u5230\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u6cc4\u6f0f\u6e90\u3002
