\u5730\u533a\u65b0\u95fb\u5934\u6761\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5927\u591a\u6570 Philadelphians \u4eba\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u5929\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u4f46\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\u7684\u4eba\u5e94\u8be5\u5f97\u5230\u5408\u683c\u7684\u533b\u7597\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9053\u8def\u78b0\u649e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025 \u5e74 6 \u6708\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u624b\u4e0e\u4e00\u8f86 Philadelphia \u6d88\u9632\u5c40\u4e91\u68af\u8f66\u76f8\u649e\uff0c\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u624b\u88ab\u9001\u5f80\u533b\u9662\u3002\u78b0\u649e\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e2d\u5fc3\u57ce\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5468\u516d\u51cc\u6668\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\uff0cPhiladelphia \u7684\u80af\u8f9b\u987f\u533a\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u8857\u548c\u7eff\u5b9d\u77f3\u8857\u9644\u8fd1\u53d1\u751f\u4e00\u8d77\u8f66\u7978\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u8b66\u5b98\u53d7\u4f24\u4f4f\u9662\u3002\u8b66\u8f66\u4e0e\u4e00\u8f86\u76ae\u5361\u76f8\u649e\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e8%bd%a6%e7%a5%b8\/%e6%91%a9%e6%89%98%e8%bd%a6%e4%ba%8b%e6%95%85\/\">\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u624b\u4e0e\u6c7d\u8f66\u76f8\u649e<\/a> 2025 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u7684\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u5468\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u624b\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u56ed\u5927\u9053\uff08American Parkway\uff09\u5927\u6865\u4e0a\u53d7\u4f24\u3002\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u53d7\u91cd\u4f24\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7206\u70b8<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\uff0cPhiladelphia \u5317\u4fa7\u53d1\u751f\u7206\u70b8\uff0c\u9020\u6210 1 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c2 \u4eba\u53d7\u4f24\uff0c\u591a\u5904\u623f\u5c4b\u53d7\u635f\u3002\u7206\u70b8\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u5468\u65e5\u51cc\u6668 5:00 \u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u5c3c\u514b\u7279\u9547\u897f\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u8857\u3002\u4e09\u680b\u623f\u5c4b\u8d77\u706b\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u4f24\u4ea1\u548c\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u623f\u5c4b\u73bb\u7483\u7834\u788e\uff0c\u635f\u5931\u60e8\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6ed1\u5012\u3001\u7eca\u5012\u548c\u8dcc\u5012<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u5229\u54c8\u4f0a\u53bf\uff0c\u4e0e\u8dcc\u5012\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4eba\u6570\u6b63\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u8dcc\u5012\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u4f24\u5bb3\u548c\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u30022023 \u5e74\uff0cPhiladelphia \u53bf\u5c45\u6c11\u56e0\u8dcc\u5012\u9020\u6210\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u8d39\u7528\u8d85\u8fc7 10 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u30022023 \u5e74\uff0c\u7ea6\u6709 7825 Philadelphia \u4eba\u56e0\u8dcc\u5012\u53d7\u4f24\u4f4f\u9662\uff0c\u4f4f\u9662\u8d39\u7528\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6570\u4e3a $77,237 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e61\u9547\u6b63\u5728\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e00\u9879\u6276\u624b\u5b89\u88c5\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u5c45\u6c11\u89e3\u51b3\u8dcc\u5012\u98ce\u9669\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8dcc\u5012\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6bcf\u5e74\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u56db\u5927\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Philadelphia \u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2024 \u5e74 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e8%bd%a6%e7%a5%b8\/%e8%87%b4%e5%91%bd%e8%bd%a6%e7%a5%b8\/\">1 127 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1<\/a> \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e8%bd%a6%e7%a5%b8\/\">66,950 \u4eba\u5728\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u53d7\u4f24<\/a>.\u867d\u7136\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4eba\u6570\u6bd4\u524d\u4e00\u5e74\u6709\u6240\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f46\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u4f24\u4eba\u6570\u5374\u6709\u6240\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf 8 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5c31\u6709 1 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4e8e\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c64 \u4eba\u53d7\u4f24\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e4%ba%ba%e8%ba%ab%e4%bc%a4%e5%ae%b3\/%e6%88%bf%e8%88%8d%e8%b4%a3%e4%bb%bb\/%e6%bb%91%e5%80%92\/\">\u6ed1\u5012\u4e8b\u6545<\/a> \u662f\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u53d7\u4f24\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u4e2d\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u4e5f\u662f\u5de5\u4f24\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2023 \u5e74\uff0c\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u62a5\u544a\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myphillylawyer.com\/zh\/%e5%ae%9e%e8%b7%b5%e9%a2%86%e5%9f%9f\/%e5%b7%a5%e4%bc%a4\/\">115,000 \u8d77\u5de5\u4f24\u4e8b\u6545<\/a>.\u5176\u4e2d\u6709 64,300 \u4e2a\u6848\u4f8b\u4e2d\u7684\u4f24\u5458\u9700\u8981\u8bf7\u5047\u6216\u53d7\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u9650\u5236\u624d\u80fd\u5eb7\u590d\uff0c\u8fd9\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d5a\u53d6\u5bb6\u5ead\u6240\u9700\u91d1\u94b1\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4eca\u5e74\u590f\u5929\u53d7\u4f24\u4e86\u600e\u4e48\u529e\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
