Pennsylvania Tour Bus Company Involved In Fatal New Jersey Crash
Super Luxury Tours, Inc. – a Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, bus company with a longstanding record of safety violations – owned and operated the luxury bus involved in a March 2011 crash that killed two and injured upwards of 40 more, several of them critically.
The bus was traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike from New York City’s “Chinatown” neighborhood to Philadelphia when its driver apparently lost control. The bus left the road and struck a concrete overpass support structure, crossed several lanes of traffic and then collided with a grassy embankment on the opposite side of the highway. The driver was killed instantly after being ejected through the windshield. A 20-year-old passenger later succumbed to severe head trauma received in the accident.

Super Luxury Tours, Inc., is no stranger to law enforcement officials in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
