Tatiana Bardina, 31, of Dover, Del., was a passenger in a car being driven by a friend in February 2008 when the vehicle was struck by another car on a snowy roadway in Philadelphia. Her head struck the headrest of the car, injuring her neck and back and causing tingling in her arms. A friend recommended that she contact attorney Dean I.
